There is no need for a telephone line with e-booking
A special feature we have installed for our corporate clients on our Taxi management system is the live e-booking system.
E-Booking is simple and convenient and offers the customer the option of booking a taxi directly without ever making a phone call.
To use the e-booking system the customer has to simply register their details over the phone with management and simply wait for a response which usually takes less than 24 hours.
Once the details have been verified the customer is automatically emailed a username and password for them to start using our e-booking system.
Customers can even track their car on a street level GPS map to monitor the job's progress once they've booked the taxi via e-booking which means you know where your car is at all times!
