Albatross Cars finds over 100 items of lost property each year in our taxis.

When reporting lost property, please provide a detailed description.

Due to the high volume of enquiries, please include any unique characteristics rather than giving a generic description such as "set of keys" as this will ensure your enquiry has the greatest chance of success. Mobile phone enquiries require either a SIM card number or IMEI number (as well as make and model), which can be obtained from your airtime provider.

Albatross will retain lost property which is handed into the office for 3 month from the date the item is handed in. After 3 month the lost property will be disposed of.

Albatross Cars cannot accept responsibility for the loss of any money or valuables.

Please note: If you didn't book your taxi with us, but rather you just decided to just jump in a Albatross Car we will not be able to help your enquiry because the job details and driver details will not be on our Despatch Management System.
